"The feedback from the team that attended the training has been excellent, you left a great deal of excitement behind and there has already been action using the skills that were introduced.
It was amazing to see the seemingly endless ways of using AI in work and personal life. Paul was fantastic at making AI concepts, which are often technical and daunting, seem understandable and usable.
Since the training, C has been developing an end-to-end order, stock and process management application, tying together several existing applications and data sources. This system is now linked to our stock holding records, our customer requests files and the production sheets, with visibility throughout the business.
M has produced a dashboard to measure and track carbon use through the company to support our net zero policy, which means we no longer need to engage an expensive external consultant, and we’re commencing a build of a CRM system based on GenAI tools.
We’re looking forward to working with Modivus to receive further coaching and enablement, and also to guide our longer-term AI strategy. Such a great training course, we are all inspired, thank you so much to you all. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Modivus as an AI enablement partner."
“Before working with the Modivus team, we had been trying to introduce AI into the business, but it simply was not landing. In hindsight, our approach was imbalanced: we were extracting the knowledge from our business SMEs to then deliver the AI Solution, as opposed to empowering our workforce to drive the change. We replanned with enablement, empowerment, and safe use driving the tech.
We were effectively doing AI to people rather than equipping them to use it. So we commenced a pilot with Modivus of the 6-day Prompt Advantage training programme with representatives from the business divisions: Sales, Sales Admin, Finance, PMO and HR.
What immediately stood out in the training was how quickly confidence grew. Within the first two days, our division managers moved from curiosity to capability. They were not just learning concepts. They were actively writing prompts, experimenting, and understanding how to manage AI’s behavioural nuances. You could see the shift happening in real time.
By the practical sessions, the energy in the room was remarkable. It became collaborative, conversational, and almost workshop-like. There were plenty of failures and things that did not quite work, but that was part of the process. The perseverance, guided by the instructors, created genuine breakthroughs.
The results genuinely surprised us. Our PMO lead built an agent that automated executive highlight reports. HR developed a conversational FAQ assistant. The sales team created an agent capable of querying MSAs and supporting proposal generation. Even administrative processes such as quote production were automated. These were not theoretical exercises. They were directly improving how we operate.
Perhaps the biggest transformation was cultural. The sessions stimulated debate about how our company runs, exposing dysfunctional touchpoints and prompting new ways of thinking. The learning experience became a catalyst for broader organisational improvement.
What made the difference? For us it was being in the room and instructor-led, a highly interactive approach. Having two facilitators in the room created a dynamic, engaging environment that remote learning simply could not replicate. It was faster, more energising, and far more impactful.
What was our biggest takeaway? You cannot do AI to people. You have to enable and empower them. That is where real adoption and innovation begin. Modivus gave us exactly the right stimulus at the right time, and it's transforming our culture.”
