Our AI Strategy work starts by understanding how your organisation actually functions, then brings deep industry insight and technical expertise to shape a strategy that is credible and deliverable. Together we define priority use cases, value and risk assumptions, data and governance requirements and the target operating model, then produce a phased roadmap that takes you from intent to adoption, safely, effectively, and at pace.

AI Enablement is our practical training and workforce enablement practice. We combine people-first, hands-on learning and executive education to build capability, confidence, and responsible adoption. Our programmes include Copilot enablement, advanced prompt engineering and expert vibe-coding to help your teams rapidly build, automate, and ship real solutions using AI and Data Science.

AI Delivery is hands-on building. As a vendor-agnostic consultancy we support you through workforce enablement, use case identification, platform and tooling choice, development of AI-ready data platforms and governance structures, and creation of robust, production-ready GenAI, Data Science and ML solutions. Our experts engage as closely as you need, from strategic support to embedded teams.

Not every organisation has the teams in place to deliver in the AI age. Our Fractional AI Services give you experienced UK-based practitioners across strategy, data, engineering and leadership on demand - from code reviews to Chief AI Officer-level guidance - as much and as often as you need, from fractional employees through to embedded teams.

They're complementary practices that often work together. AI Strategy defines what to do and why. AI Enablement builds the people capability through hands-on training. AI Delivery designs, builds and ships the actual solutions. Fractional AI Services give you experienced leadership and specialist roles on tap, without a full-time hire. You can engage one or several depending on where you need help.

Programme length depends on the audience and depth. They range from half-day and one-day executive briefings, through our most common two-day role-based programmes (for example Copilot and Gemini for specific teams), to four-day deep dives such as Prompt Advantage and Agent Advantage. We also run the three-day HyperAgile Advantage for rapid mixed-team delivery and longer software-engineering tracks of up to ten days. We always tailor the format and length to your team and goals.

Both. Our programmes and engagements are available in-person or remote, depending on what works best for your teams. In-person, instructor-led delivery tends to land particularly well for hands-on programmes.

We're a vendor-agnostic consultancy - we don't have a platform to sell you. Our recommendations are based on what's right for your organisation. In practice we work across the major stacks: Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, Claude (including Claude Code), ChatGPT, Gemini, N8N and more.

Vibe-coding is using natural-language instructions with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot and similar) to build working software much faster than traditional development. Our training teaches teams to ship real apps and flows - going from idea to shipped solution in days rather than months.
